This notice explains how Velaharra LLC handles information collected through velaharra.com and inquiries made through the website. For questions or a privacy request, contact create@velaharra.com.
Information you choose to share
Our inquiry form asks for your name and email address. You may also provide your organization or creative practice, location, portfolio link, service interest, project details, budget range, timing, and other information relevant to your inquiry. Required and optional fields are identified in the form.
Please share only what is needed to discuss your inquiry. Do not include government identification numbers, financial account details, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.
How we use your inquiry
We use your information to review your needs, respond, discuss potential work or participation, and maintain a record of our conversation. A submitted inquiry is saved in our website administration system and sent to our team at create@velaharra.com. We also send a confirmation to the email address you provide.
Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing list. Marketing enrollment requires a separate opt-in. Answers entered in the multi-step form are held in the open page until you submit; the form does not save partially completed inquiries to our server.
Website operation and service providers
Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. GoDaddy hosts this website and adds a performance-monitoring script. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, and access times for operation, security, and performance monitoring. The inquiry system uses a keyed, hashed visitor identifier derived from an IP address to limit spam. It does not store the raw IP address with the inquiry. Hosting logs are separate from inquiry records. Our administration area uses a session cookie for signed-in staff.
Links to social platforms, portfolio sites, and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice covers our website, not those external services.
How long we keep inquiries
Our policy is to retain inquiries that do not become client relationships for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then remove them from active inquiry records and related email correspondence. We may retain information longer where needed for an ongoing relationship, a legal obligation, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced through the backup cycle.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask a question about how it is used, by emailing create@velaharra.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for the reasons described above. If you believe we have not properly handled a request, reply to ask for a review.

We will update this notice when our website practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
